Youth Champions Field Trip Recap: Exploring Narrators, Inc.
We had an incredible field trip to Narrator, Inc., where our students had an unforgettable experience!
The field trip was organized with small rotating stations, where our students had the chance to engage with various professionals in the industry. From learning about hands-on skills like editing to hearing about how having a growth mindset can impact their career path, our students were immersed in the world of production. This event would not have been possible without the incredible support of the volunteers from Youth Champions and Narrator, Inc. who made the trip both educational and inspiring!
I really enjoyed how everybody from the film industry had a little bit of chance to give us some advice when it comes to finding what job we want in the future, whether it’s something very destined or very high achieved. It could also be something a little bit more on the side in a field that you’re really interested in. They also encouraged us that it’s okay if you want to take a different career path than what others are telling you to do. I found that really encouraging and interesting!
