His work has included large-scale supply chain network redesigns, distribution-center consolidations, global sourcing and procurement transformations, inventory and working-capital improvements, forecasting and replenishment modernization, transportation optimization, and the implementation of enterprise WMS, TMS, planning, and analytics capabilities.

These initiatives have delivered substantial and measurable results. His leadership has contributed to service levels exceeding 99%, major reductions in inventory and working capital, improved inventory turns, stronger vendor economics, and scalable operating platforms designed to support future growth. He has also led major capital and infrastructure programs, including the consolidation of multiple distribution centers into a 1.5-million-square-foot, multi-temperature facility and broader network transformations designed to generate substantial long-term savings.

Lou is currently the CEO and Founding Partner of LMG International LLC, a global consulting firm focused on helping organizations solve complex business challenges and accelerate profitable growth. Through LMG International, he advises companies and executive leadership teams on enterprise transformation, business strategy, supply chain and logistics, global sourcing, inventory management, retail operations, organizational effectiveness, and performance improvement. He brings the perspective of an experienced operator to each engagement—moving beyond recommendations to help leadership teams establish priorities, develop actionable roadmaps, manage transformation risk, strengthen execution, and deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.

His leadership philosophy places significant emphasis on people, succession, and organizational capability. Lou has built and transformed leadership teams, developed succession and talent programs, onboarded large management organizations, and worked across functions to strengthen engagement and accountability. He believes sustainable transformation requires more than systems and processes; it requires leaders who understand the strategy, own the results, develop their people, and create an operating culture capable of sustaining performance over time.

Lou also brings extensive nonprofit, community, and governance leadership experience. He has served on multiple national and foundation Boards of Directors, including Phoenix House, City Year, the Pizza Hut Foundation, the JustSoftball Foundation, Youth Champions, and the Adelante Foundation. His nonprofit leadership has centered on mission advancement, organizational sustainability, community impact, leadership development, and strengthening opportunities for the individuals and communities these organizations serve. He has also chaired and participated in senior executive and leadership committees, giving him experience working across diverse stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities, and supporting organizations through periods of change and growth.

In the boardroom, Lou brings the perspective of both an enterprise operator and strategic advisor. His experience enables him to contribute across corporate strategy, financial stewardship, risk oversight, operational performance, human capital and succession, technology and transformation, M&A and integration, customer strategy, supply chain resilience, and stakeholder engagement. He is particularly effective in environments requiring boards and management teams to translate strategy into execution while maintaining disciplined governance and accountability. His combination of Fortune-scale operating experience, entrepreneurial leadership, nonprofit service, and transformation expertise provides a broad perspective for organizations navigating growth, disruption, or strategic change.
