Jim Madrid is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in human performance and expertise in assisting organizations and individuals in overcoming barriers and achieving remarkable success in their respective fields. Influenced by researchers like Dr. Albert Bandura, Dr. Nathaniel Branden, and Dr. Martin Seligman, he spent nearly a half-century researching and studying human performance. With over four decades of experience, he has positively impacted the lives of over 100,000 athletes, coaches, parents, program administrators, and referees.

As the Founder of Advance Sports Technology, he created mental fitness curricula and programs for youth, collegiate, and professional sports that allow athletes and their coaches to develop and refine skills essential to success Additionally, he is also the Management Consultant at Madrid Partners, Inc., offering management, leadership, and culture improvement consulting to businesses worldwide. He also developed a program that enabled Boys & Girls Club of America Advanced Philanthropy to raise over $88M in major gifts over two periods.

Jim Madrid was the Chief Executive Officer of Entelechy Training & Development from 1996 to 2008, where he directed the organization to a global position as a leading leadership consulting company with revenues exceeding $1 million per year within the first year of operation. He has developed and applied robust human improvement processes to increase leadership and employee engagement and established a world-class cognitive psychology curriculum.

In his previous role as Senior Project Director at The Pacific Institute, Inc. from 1990 to 1996, Jim grew production to over $8 million per year, outperforming other Senior Project Directors by over 50%. He established an unparalleled referral business, implemented account performance measurement tools, and created Strategic Vision-Building initiatives that were implemented company-wide. Additionally, he developed the youth PX-2 program, which is offered in more than 1,000 schools worldwide.

Furthermore, Jim Madrid currently holds board positions at Texas Christian University Chancellor Boschini Advisory Council and Snohomish Youth Soccer Association in Snohomish, WA. He is affiliated with various organizations including Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Childhelp, Positive Psychology Association, American Resort Development Association, and many more.
