Haley Hansel is the founder of Cohd, a boutique leadership development firm that partners with organizations across industries to train and support emerging leaders. With a background in coaching, facilitation, and program design, she has created dynamic leadership programs that make advanced tools accessible, practical, and lasting. She is passionate about democratizing development so that growth opportunities reach leaders at every level, and she also serves as a volunteer and associate board member for America Needs You.

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine University.
