Carlos Vasquez

Lead Facilitator

Carlos Vasquez is an entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker with an inspiring story of resilience and transformation.

At just 13, he navigated homelessness, addiction, and gang affiliation, leading to a two-decade prison sentence by age 19.

But behind bars, Carlos turned adversity into opportunity.

Committed to personal growth, he earned his high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a mentorship certification—all within prison walls.

Carlos’ transformative journey gave birth to The PRICE: Five Principles to Break the Bonds of Trauma and Achieve Personal Success. This powerful framework, featured in his book, has inspired thousands worldwide and become a guiding light in schools and institutions.

Upon release in 2021, Carlos furthered his academic journey with a degree in Entrepreneurship from Drucker School of Management. He then founded How To Battle, a transformative coaching and consulting business, impacting diverse audiences—from schools and corporations to foster homes and prisons.

As the visionary behind How To Battle, Carlos champions human potential, urging individuals to break free from their mental confines and pursue excellence.

Based in Los Angeles, he is a beacon of hope, demonstrating that, with determination, even the most challenging paths can lead to profound personal growth and success.
